Frieza. The evil emperor who destroyed planets for sport.

 This is a villain that needs no introduction. Frieza is without question one of the most iconic villains in all of the Dragon ball series, though his short stature and high-pitched voice might have casual fans thinking he is not much of a threat. It may be true that Frieza's character design fails when it comes to intimidating his opponents, but before he even evolved into Golden Frieza, this villain was capable of destroying entire planets.By combining incredible power with an even more incredible amount of narcissism, Frieza cements his spot as one of the most dangerous villains in Dragon Ball. In fact, the entire plot of this series would not exist if Frieza hadn't decided to destroy the Saiyans' homeworld in the first place.
